Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant precision
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading of high-volume shipments
- Maintain safety protocols and 5S standards in fast-paced night operations
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity and handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional attention to detail in inventory control processes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
