Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using scanning systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Maintain organized inventory with real-time tracking and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled warehouse)
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
