Responsibilities
- Manage and direct 10-15 warehouse staff during night shift operations
- Ensure efficient inventory control, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols throughout the facility
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced night shift environment
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
