Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all inbound and outbound freight operations during the night shift.
- Manage the loading docks, ensuring cargo is secured and loaded safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment in adherence to safety regulations.
- Utilize logistics software to track shipments and update tracking systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus but training can be provided.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
