Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipping operations during the night shift.
- Coordinate with third-party carriers and drivers to ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company security protocols.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong ability to work independently during night shifts without direct supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
