- Lead and mentor 10-15 overnight team members in efficient warehouse operations
- Oversee accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems and real-time data
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with day shift teams
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop team improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven night shift leadership in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
