Your Role
As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates with a focus on accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
