Role Overview
As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during our peak operational hours. You will ensure seamless communication and problem resolution while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat systems.
- Resolve complex technical and service issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the night shift workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or support preferred.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during quiet hours.
- Availability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
