Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during night shift hours.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using internal CRM software.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
