Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
