Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality metrics.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to cross-train in different areas of the warehouse.
