Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for the 2026 Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define the roadmap and technical feasibility of new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, TypeScript, and Go, mentoring junior engineers on best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural decision-making to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on backend systems and AI infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is a significant plus.
