Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying generative AI and machine learning solutions
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Drive AI innovation through strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Present AI strategy to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists on emerging AI paradigms
- Monitor regulatory landscape and adapt strategy to evolving AI governance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and NLP
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI deployment
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
