Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling billions of inference requests.
- Pioneering R&D: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms expected to dominate the 2026 landscape, including Agentic Workflows and Multimodal Models.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of Large Language Models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency using quantization and distillation techniques.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Architecture Skills: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and think critically about system boundaries and edge cases.
