Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead research initiatives in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for deployment on edge and cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and scaling Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
