Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures for AI-driven applications, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge machine learning models into core product infrastructure.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the Future Tech division, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest industry standards for data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and computer vision.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive projects from concept to completion.
