Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases in ticketing systems with detailed notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct remote diagnostics and system resets
- Update knowledge base with troubleshooting solutions

Qualifications
