Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our upcoming products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the future.
- System Design & Architecture: Design complex, distributed systems that handle high-volume data streams with zero downtime.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring our engineering team stays ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
