Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our proprietary AI platforms, ensuring scalability and robustness for future demands.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize complex deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to integrate AI models into high-performance production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve model inference speeds and accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
