Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex neural network architectures for high-volume, low-latency inference.
- Lead the R&D efforts for Project 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical AI models and production-ready software.
- Integrate quantum computing primitives into classical deep learning workflows.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, hardware engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure robustness and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or deep learning research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Strong experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
