Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and development of our technology roadmap, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the Year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance AI systems capable of handling enterprise-scale data and complex computations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and automation to ensure Horizon Core Systems remains a market leader.
- Risk Mitigation: Establish governance frameworks and compliance standards for future-proof AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and plan for long-term technological needs.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
