Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of next-generation Generative AI models tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure production-grade reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Conduct groundbreaking research to pioneer new algorithms and improve model accuracy.
- Define and mentor the technical strategy for the AI engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on shipping high-quality code.
