Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field or business strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Global network of tech pioneers and researchers
