As a key leader in our engineering division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing the backbone of our neural networks and ensuring our data centers are optimized for the computational demands of the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement high-scale distributed AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Quantum Integration Strategy: Lead the transition towards hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures, ensuring seamless integration with current AI models.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of neuromorphic computing hardware and optimize resource allocation for energy-efficient AI training loops.
- AGI Alignment: Develop the technical frameworks necessary for safe and ethical AI alignment, ensuring robustness against adversarial attacks and hallucinations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cloud & Edge Computing: Manage multi-cloud strategies and edge computing nodes to democratize AI access globally.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred for advanced roles).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- System Design: Deep understanding of microservices, containerization, and high-availability system design patterns.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to emerging technologies and trends in the AI sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
