Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical strategy for 2026-ready infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical delivery and system health.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing principles is a major plus.
