Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI Roadmaps: Create comprehensive ethical guidelines and governance frameworks that anticipate future AI advancements and regulatory changes.
- Policy Advocacy: Engage with policymakers, industry bodies, and academic institutions to influence global AI standards.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous impact assessments on new AI models, identifying potential biases, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI policy, ethics, or regulatory affairs within the technology sector.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Analytical Skills: Proven track record of conducting bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments.
- Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and lead cross-functional teams.
