Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, integrating emerging Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize neural network architectures and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure model accuracy and security.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
