Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow).
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and system failures efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document technical procedures and create user guides.
- Manage user access rights and security protocols within Active Directory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Outlook), and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and VPN configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and available to start immediately.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
