Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, next-generation AI models with a focus on longevity and adaptability.
- Oversee the architecture of our cloud-native data pipelines to support real-time processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance for all deployed models.
- Research emerging technologies to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or advanced hardware acceleration.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
