Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
