Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in product development and operational efficiency.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of tech initiatives and report directly to the CTO.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions and leading digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing remote or hybrid teams across multiple time zones.
