Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with error correction
- Collaborate with physicists to translate quantum algorithms into hardware specifications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum software frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for enterprise applications
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct research on topological qubits and quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Demonstrated leadership in quantum R&D projects
