Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and security.
- Develop and optimize advanced neural network architectures for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to integrate Quantum Machine Learning (QML) models into our core pipeline.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 core framework, ensuring zero downtime.
- Mentor and manage a team of 5+ senior AI engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model interpretability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI principles.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq is a significant plus.
