Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and C-Suite executives, to translate strategy into technical requirements.
- Lead workshops and hackathons to prototype concepts for the 2026 product suite.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate disruptions and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technical architecture, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading major digital transformations or launching disruptive products.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their future applications in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
