Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms solving problems intractable for classical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Pioneer breakthroughs in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum space exploration initiatives
- Present findings at premier quantum conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or superconducting systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Security clearance for government quantum projects preferred
