Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical architecture for AI systems designed to scale for the 2026 era, ensuring robustness and future-proofing.
- GenAI Implementation: Design and implement scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI workflows.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, focusing on the milestones leading up to our 2026 release.
- System Optimization: Optimize data pipelines, model serving infrastructure, and cloud resources for maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the AI team.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best-in-class security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards for AI data usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to plan long-term technical roadmaps and make strategic decisions that align with business goals.
- Problem Solving: Experience tackling complex engineering challenges in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning operations (MLOps).
