Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance neural networks for next-gen generative models and predictive systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the roadmap for AI-driven consumer experiences.
- Optimize model latency, memory usage, and inference costs across distributed systems.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of proprietary AI models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, Transformers, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing and Python for data science.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) in a secure, scalable environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
