Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop/laptop environments
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system and document all IT interactions Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
