Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic business decision-making.
- Perform data cleaning and validation using SQL and Excel to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large data sets to drive optimization.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data systems to modern cloud platforms.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical team members clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (SQL, Python, or R is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
