Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and track IT helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and printers.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system uptime and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
