Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological developments
- Develop and maintain a 5-year innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies in our Innovation Lab
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in R&D, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurology
- Experience securing innovation grants and venture funding
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Assessment
