- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 2026+ technological landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage external partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term technology planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
