Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead high-impact Research & Development projects focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze market trends to forecast technological shifts and adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage technical budgets and resource allocation for long-term innovation projects.
- Present complex technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical product management, or leading engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and scalable system design.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive strategy and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
