Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for upcoming product releases, aligning engineering goals with business objectives for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices and cloud-native architectures that can handle exponential growth.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge Computing into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system performance, ensuring 99.99% uptime and minimal latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and orchestration.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing new technologies ahead of the curve.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
