Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Communicate effectively with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistical issues.
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving record.
