Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Logistics: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare detailed reports to optimize operational efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage performance.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations comply with federal and state transportation regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior coordinators and foster a collaborative environment within the operations department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in supply chain management or logistics coordination.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Memphis, TN.
