Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
