Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to critical situations

Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
