The Role: As our Head of Strategic AI & Innovation, you will bridge the gap between technical possibility and business execution. You will be responsible for architecting the company's vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration, and Ethical AI, and translating them into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns emerging AI technologies with business objectives for the next 24 months.
- Lead the Innovation Lab: Oversee the R&D team responsible for exploring next-gen concepts like Autonomous AI Agents and Human-in-the-loop systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, ensuring buy-in for major investments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations and ethical standards.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI researchers and strategists.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and potential disruption vectors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Software Engineering, or Strategic Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing on long-term technological trends (e.g., Pre-AGI, Edge AI, Synthetic Data).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and system architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced startup environment.
