Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological roadmap for the organization, specifically focusing on AI and Future Tech trends.
- Lead a world-class team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to prototype and deploy next-generation solutions.
- Bridge the gap between complex technical research and business strategy to drive commercial viability.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum computing concepts) into core products.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role within AI/ML or R&D.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields, demonstrated by significant patents or publications.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business plans.
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to diverse stakeholders.
